As a holistic healer with deep roots in eastern and western modalities, it has been a lifelong dream of the founder to create a sacred network of heart-centred healers. She believes that building a community + support system around healing + connection is essential to bringing people back to themselves and their inner knowing. This space intends to leave you feeling restored, supported, informed, and open to new connections, modalities, and medicine. The Rockies Restorative Retreat will empower all curiosity levels to dive deep into their unique journey within a safe + welcoming environment.
OUR VISION
By definition re·store means to return (someone or something) to a former condition, place, or position. By developing a community and sharing our wisdom teachings, we can recalibrate our inner architecture to come back to our true selves. We envision unlocking each and every woman's human + soul potential through expansive connection and high vibrational restorative healing. When we're nourished and restored, we can give from a place of overflow, which is the key to living an eternally harmonious + abundant life.

QUANTUM
We will discover the power of self-healing through the laws of quantum physics + the mind-body-soul connection. Quantum physics defines an unseen world, out of which both mind, body + soul are joined. We are one with an intelligent consciousness permeating the whole universe.
PHYSICAL
There are many different systems that make up the human body including the circulatory, digestive, endocrine, lymphatic, muscular, nervous + renal systems. When all systems are in harmony they maintain internal stability + balance known as homeostasis.
The nervous system is the most critical system within the human vessel. It is responsible for the coordination of every movement in the human body between the central + peripheral nervous systems. This will be a main area of focus during the weekend.

Based on the principle “as the microcosm, so the macrocosm,” we innately heal the universe when healing ourselves. The cosmic law of cause + effect is a universal law that states every action produces a reaction. When we focus on love + wholeness, we are one with all.
