Q: What is included in my weekend pass?
A: Weekend pass holder gets to select classes between the Quantum Lecture Series & Mindfulness & Movement Series over the three days.
Q: Where is the retreat located?
A: 600 9 ST, Canmore, AB // Canmore Seniors Association & Creekside Garden. The entrance is at the far end of the back of the building when pulling in. Please look for signs or volunteers for further guidance.
Q: Is there accommodations included?

Plus, as our valued retreat attendee, you'll enjoy an exclusive discount at Basecamp Resort properties. Simply use code "RRR15" when checking out for stays between Oct 24th-31st. Q: Is there parking available?
A: Yes. There is free parking on both sides of The Seniors Association & Creekside Garden building. Spaces are limited and will be first come first serve basis.

Q: Is parking free?
A: The downtown core of Canmore requires payment for parking. Parking at the Seniors Association & Creekside Garden does offer free parking for attendees. Spaces are limited.

Q: Is food included in the ticket price?
A: No. You are welcome to bring your own food to suit your dietary needs. Food & Beverage is available at the retreat to purchase.

Q: Will there be any food or beverage available at the retreat?
A: Yes. There will be an assortment of beverages & snacks available for purchase throughout the retreat weekend. Some yummy examples: coffee, tea, water, bone broth, golden milk, protein bites, fruit & granola bars.

Q: Can I change my selection of classes after I register?
A: You are welcome to hop between the Quantum Lecture Series and Mindfulness and Movement Series as you see fit throughout the weekend. We ask you to pre select your interests so it helps us with numbers and room configurations.

Q: Is there accommodations included?
A: No. But BaseCamp Resorts offer our retreat attendees a 15% discount from the dates of Oct 24th-31st.
