About the event
A First Responders Retreat: A Collaboration for Healing and Well-being
A collaboration between Rockies Restorative Retreat and Project All In, bringing together spirituality and science to create a healing space focused on prevention and well-being: Mind, Body, and Soul. Through connection, learning, and nature's medicine, we offer a transformative experience for holistic health. Portions of ticket sales will support First Responders with PTSD in deeper healing immersions with Project All In Retreats, providing them with the essential support they need.
Experience Overview
Our retreat collaboration aims to create a state of self-care and maintenance, preventing PTSD and suicidal ideations. This aligns with the mission of Project All In, which is dedicated to bringing awareness and healing to the first responder community who face trauma daily. The retreat will focus on modalities of prevention, catering to somatic healing and providing tools to maintain healthy practices for mental health and physical well-being. Over the weekend, participants will engage in a variety of healing activities designed to rejuvenate the mind, body, and soul.

Transformative Impact
This retreat collaboration aims to provide a holistic healing experience that combines the wisdom of spirituality with the evidence-based practices of science. By participating, you will not only enhance your own well-being but also contribute to supporting First Responders with PTSD, enabling them to access deeper healing immersions.
Empowered and Renewed
First responders will leave the weekend with a profound sense of self-awareness, equipped with the knowledge of what their body needs and when it needs it. They will have new tools to regulate their nervous system, allowing them to show up better for themselves and their families, and become more effective and resilient first responders.
Join us for a transformative weekend of connection, learning, and nature’s medicine, and journey towards holistic health and well-being.
